Gertler & Wente Architects was hired to design this southern coastal Maine residence in a community known as a haven for artists.  The house blends harmoniously with the vernacular architecture of the area.  Each window frames a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean or the village. The wraparound porch extends the living spaces to the exterior.
