Set on a dramatic cliff overlooking the Hudson River, this Gertler & Wente Architects designed ‘green’ house and garden features a planted meadow roof, corner windows to capture views to Bear Mountain and down river, and an enclosed entry rock garden.

The main floor features an open living/dining/kitchen anchored by a stone fireplace, the master bedroom, and a separate guest cottage/music room. Materials include cedar, steel, glass, and stone.

The tower houses a home office and an upper deck with views to West Point.
