Spread out over three floors, this space serves as the headquarters for Safe Horizon, the largest victim services nonprofit organization in the country. The top floor is the children’s advocacy center, designed to separate the various counseling and administrative services, and medical examination rooms. The first floor is intended for the general public and elderly, while the cellar is a Police Special Victims Unit, complete with holding cells, line-up rooms, and viewing rooms.
