Onsite Dental is embarking on a renovation project with the intent of expanding its dental practice from the initial west coast concept to an east coast location. They have chosen New York City to begin a multiple location roll-out throughout Manhattan. GW Architects was chosen as their design architect. Since 1997, Onsite Dental has pioneered the delivering of dental care straight to the workplace. Since then they have continued to innovate and change dental care for the better with leading employers across the nation.
A new dental suite location at 25 West 45th Street location will increase overall capacity and provide new dental service at this location. The total square footage of renovation work is 1,250 square feet. This project will include a full gut renovation of an existing office suite in a class A building, previously in use by a local medical practice.
The dental suite will be renovated with new finishes, lighting, equipment and furnishings, imaging capabilities, dental operatories and associated support spaces. The new suite will include a reception and waiting area, staff restroom, patient restroom, panorex alcove, six operatories, office, break room, sterilization space and clean and soiled utility. An existing public restroom is located outside the suite and will be renovated for use by visitors to Onsite Dental.
