Gertler & Wente Architects provided full architectural and interior design services for this new 5-story, 62,000 s.f. administrative, faculty and classroom building for the Institute for Health Sciences. The project includes two 100-person ‘smart’ classrooms, a computer lab, mental health lab, library, faculty offices and conference rooms.
The project consolidates eight distinct departments formerly spread across the Rutgers campus allowing for greater space efficiency through shared facilities and increased collaboration and communication among departments.
