New Brunswick, NJ
Two full floors of Bradley Hall, on Rutgers University’s Newark campus, were developed into new homes for the Music, Theater and Art Departments, as well as the Academic and Education Department. G&W worked closely with both the Rutgers facilities department and the users to create an appealing work environment within tight budgetary constraints. The plan was driven by the need to separate and give identity to the various departments, such as Administration, Guidance Counseling, and the library, while still allowing for easy circulation and fire egress within the large floor plate.
